Did you know that you can upload a full directory of external contacts (clients, customers, partners, etc.,) to your telephone system?
There are numerous benefits of doing so:
Inbound call visibility: When you receive a call from the contact, your handset will display their name/company name.
Easier outbound calling: The directory can be accessed via the handset, so your staff can access the directory & easily call contacts without having to search for a number.
You can add any of the following data to the directory:
First name
Last name
Telephone number
Email address
Company name
Uploading a directory to your telephone system is a very simple process. Just contact us for the template file, and we’ll provide instructions on filling it in. If you already have a database of contacts, you can export this as a CSV and easily copy & paste it into the template we provide.
